Ube pandesal buns with in house barbeque pulled pork, Cheese, and caramelized onion.
Beef Empanada:
Ground Beef with Gravy Sauce, Potatoes, Carrots, Corn, and Beans.
Pork Belly Empanada:
Pork Belly marinated with Salo marinate, Carrots, Green beans, and Potatoes. Comes with a side of vinegar
Chicken Empanada:
Shredded Chicken with Gravy Sauce, Potatoes, Carrots, Corn, Beans, and, Corn.
Illocos Empanada:
Deep fried crispy shells stuffed with Papaya, Longganisa sausage, and Whol egg with a side of spicy vinegar.
Shepherd’s Pie Empanada:
Ground beef with Carrots, Peas, onion, corn, and Mash Potatoes with Gravy.
Empanada De Kaliskis:
Shredded Chicken, Potatoes, Carrots, Onions, and Garlic enclosed in layers of signature flaky dough created through a lamination process.

we are
We are a small family-owned fusion restaurant and bakery based in Indianapolis. From our recipes to our mascot, everything about restaurant and bakery is a representation of our family and our values.
We are a mixed American-Filipino family, and we invented many of our unique recipes from scratch so we can share a diverse and international selection of flavors with you that no other bakery and Filipino restaurant offers. We have a sit down restaurant and always present at festivals and fairs where we can meet with our customers, and we love connecting with our customers face-to-face.
